Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.


🚚 Shipping Timelines

United States:
Shipped via USPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.

International Orders:
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and fulfillment center.

Please note: Delays may occur due to customs, weather, high demand, or global events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can also check the status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


Cancellations & Address Changes

  • To cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of placing it.
    Use the subject line: "CANCEL MY ORDER"

  • Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours.
    Once shipped, changes can no longer be made.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.


💥 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at kentory@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
    We’ll send you a replacement—free of charge.
